Welcome to The River's Bend Bed and Breakfast, our Greek revival home built around 1900. We invite you to step through the columned foyer of this Victorian era home and feel the classic elegance, warmth, and comfort of a gentler time.


Check in late afternoon. Relax in the parlor, living room, or on the first or second story porch overlooking the Iowa River and Iowa Falls.

Downtown Iowa Falls is but a short walk from The River's Bend Bed and Breakfast. Visit our many locally owned shops or treat yourself to a movie at our renovated movie theater. Take a leisurely stroll along the old swinging bridge, walk the trails of the Calkin's Nature center, or take a relaxing cruise along the Iowa River on the Scenic City Empress. The city of Iowa Falls also offers an art collection at the renovated Carnegie Library and the Historic Society Dow House and museum.

Return to your elegantly appointed River's Bend room with private bath and cozy decor. Begin the next day after a hearty breakfast filled with in-season fruits, a hot entree, and plenty of steaming coffee.

Our facilities include wireless internet access, a 42" HD TV connected to DirecTV, and access to parlor, dining room, living room, library, billiards room, and all grounds and porches. We have a card table and chairs, board games, cards, and dice games for lighter entertainment.
